Notify users for app updates (by critical/non-critical)

A notification for the user to update the app. Updates are classified as non-critical and critical.

A non-critical update is a minor update that may include, but not limited to bug fixes and optimisations that will be part of the existing features on the app. These do not alter or update the app's existing functionalities. User shall be notified to update the app with option to skip or later.

A critical update is a major update that could introduce new features and functionalities or a change in the existing feature. These updates will be mandatory and user shall be notified to update the app without the option to skip or later.
